Here you will find all of the forms contained in our 2023 Enrolment Pack (available at the school) for new students. We are more than happy to provide you with a completed hard copy which can either be collected in person from our school's Administration Office, or can be posted out to you. You can of-course print the forms directly from the website here, but please ensure that you complete all of the relevent permission forms as well as the application for enrolment form and SRS paperwork. We encourage prospective student families to collect a pack in person so that our Enrolment Officer can answer any questions that you may have and support you in completing the paperwork if required.
Please be advised that an enrolment interview will take place prior to commencing at Tully State High School and this interview needs to be scheduled with the relevent Deputy. To make an interview appointment, please call the Enrolment Office directly on 4068 4515. Application forms need to be completed and brought to the interview. We also request that your child's latest Report Card be brought along; and any other relevent information. The propspective student and parent/ caregiver needs to come along to the interview appointment.
